We're going to Grande vista on Jan. 1st. We would like to request a renovated unit near a pool.

Does anyone have an email address to send the request to?

Thanks,
Anne

Instead of asking for a renovated unit, you may want to ask for a "new" unit. Buildings 77, 78, 79, 84, and 85 are all 1-5 years old. Only 77 is fairly far from the new pool.

The new units are much better than the refurbs. Refurbs are very, very nice also.

We are in a new building, building 86, and it is really nice, but not by a pool that I could see in the dark last night. The living room of our dedicated 2 bedroom is much bigger than our one-bedroom last year. Love this place! We are on the 4th floor. Anyone here right now, besides us?

Was just their Thanksgiving week. 5th floor corner room. Very nice as usual. Although some signs of wear, but nothing major

We were there last November. At check in they gave us options where we wanted to stay. We did select Bulding 77. It's a modest walk to the pool by Copa Loca which was much quieter than the main pool. Unit was in excellent condition.

We were in Building 86 too over Thanksgiving week. I think we had room 6625. It was a very SPACIOUS unit. Probably one of the bigger units I've ever been in... The complex is HUGE. I was thankful they gave us a unit close to the main pool & activities.

P.S. We never request units when we are exchanging and never have been disappointed.
