Just received word that my $100 eBay purchase of 2 bedroom Annual Platinum GV Florida Club passed ROFR. It included 2025 usage with MF already paid.

I was shocked that it went through. I actually bid quite a bit more for the week on eBay, but won it at $100.

It must be a late in the fiscal year thing. I posted it to rofr.net

COuld be several factors. Perhaps MVC doesn't have an appetite for Florida weeks right now given the uncertainty of annual fees. Though they should know what to expect in the next few years to come. It is also possible that what was submitted to MVC for ROFR is far greater than the $100 for the week you won at auction.
