This 38-floor tower has rooms starting at the 5th floor on the Ala Moana Side (west) and starting at the 10th floor on the Diamond Head Side (east). The rooms up to the 32nd floor are 1 and 2-bedroom suites, while the top 5 floors are 2 and 3-bedroom penthouse suites

Two bedroom premier (ocean view) can either be
- directly facing the ocean (upper floors)
- facing Diamond Head Side (upper floors)

Two bedroom plus (partial ocean view) can either be
- directly facing the ocean (lower floors)
- facing Diamond Head Side (middle floors)
- facing Ala Moana Side (upper floors)

Two bedroom standard (garden view) can either be
- facing Diamond Head Side (lower floors)
- facing Ala Moana Side (lower floors)
