We put in an exchange request for the Grand Residence Club in Tahoe. We asked for a specific Feb. or March week. The March week shows MGA only, while the February week shows MGA, MG1, MG3 an MG5. I did a search and found this thread http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37673&highlight=grand+residence on the subject, which I admit was a little confusing to me. I am curious why all the different codes wouldn't show up for each week if there really is no meaning, aside from accounting purposes, to them. Any thoughts?

Anyone?

I tried to include a Bump snag with this post. It didn't work, and now I can't get rid of it. I want to unattach it. I am used to uploading pics directly from my computer on the other boards I frequent, but I see now that I need to use a webhost to do that here. Since the attachment is not what I was trying to do, I want to delete it from my post. Does anyone know how? It's not a big deal, but I want to know if I am missing something. I can't find a way to delete the attachment when I edit my post.

To delete an attachment you must go to the advance edit page. There is an option there to manage the attachments. You can delete the attachment under the manage option.

Thanks for taking care of that Bill.

You seem to know as much about these codes as anyone. Can you figure out why only one code would show up for one week and several for the other?

To the best of my knowledge, all the code for the Grand Residence in Tahoe are for internal marriott accounting purposes only. So it doesn't matter which code you trade for.

At some other resorts, the codes do matter, but from all I read not at the G.R. Tahoe.

I guess I won't worry about it then. I told my DH that I didn't think it really meant anything but he wanted me to look into it further. Thanks.
