Grand regency at thousand hills mix up

I purchased a timeshare from ebay 2 years ago at grand regency thousand hills in branson. Not much of a resort. The unit is a 3bedroom lock off and was odd year useage. I just now join II and saw that a 2008 week was available for exchange. I called GTO and asked about my unit numbers as i cant find my deed and told them I had odd year usage and they said no Mr. Smith you have everyyear usage. She even deposited a 2008 week with II. Now what should I do? I was only paying maintainance fees everyother year. It would seem something is screwed up in their system and I really dont want trouble later on when they realize their mistake. What should I do?

The first thing you should do is find your deed and see what the deed says.

Did you using a closing/escrow company to handle the transfer? If the error was in the transfer, I would go back to them first.

If the error is at the resort, you should be able to simply FAX them a copy of your deed.

I found my deed it does say bi-annual odd year usage. The resort some how has it in their system for every year usage.
