Grand Luxxe Riviera Maya oven question

Packing for the Grand Luxxe, and I was wondering what type of oven there is - I believe it is not a regular oven, but a microwave oven with a baking function? I need to decide if to take my aluminum trays that I use for baking, so I don't do dishes - to bake fish, chicken, etc - will I be able to? Thanks for any insight :)

Our Grand Luxxe unit does not have an oven or a dishwasher. I think the new 3-bedroom loft units may have an oven, but am not sure - I remember commenting on the dishwasher and a stackable washer/dryer in the model we were shown in Nuevo last November.

Our 2-bedrrom Grand Luxxe units just had a regular microwave.

We tend to buy rotisserie chickens and do lots of things with them that can be done in the microwave or on the 4 burner cook-top.

We were there last year and I don't remember how the oven worked, but I will say that there's really no access to groceries. Are you going to have a car? There's a small store on the property, but it was more for necessities such as milk.

We plan to take a cab to get groceries. Wow only microwave! Will have to handle that.
