Grand Luxxe NV - One bedroom suites

Are these one bedroom suites available in all of the GL buildings or in specific buildings only?
 
In Nuevo Vallarta, the 1 BR Grand Luxxe Suites, which are part of the 2 BR suites locked off, are on all floors of Towers 1 and 2, the lower floors (1-3 IIRC) of Towers 3 and 4 and the upper floors of Tower 3 (5-9), and all but the top floor of Tower 5B. There aren't any of that unit type in Punta, although there are 1 BR Grand Luxxe Presidential Suites. The upper floors of Tower 4 are Grand Luxxe spa units and the 4th floor of Towers 3 and 4 are Loft units. The Residence Tower is all 4 BR Grand Luxxe Residence units, Tower 5A is studio and 1 BR lofts and the upper floor of 5B is Loft units. Tower 6 (attached to 5A&B) is Suite Royal units. The 1 BR Grand Luxxe Villa units are in the same locations - the Villas are on the ends of the buildings and the Suites are in the middle.

This is very helpful @Eric B . So do I have this right below?

For unit type "LSS", sometimes referred to a 1 Bedroom Suite Condo (non-Villa), they exist in

Tower 1 all floors , T1 room numbers go from 7136-7147
Tower 2 all floors 7148-7163
Tower 3 1-3, 5-9 7164-7195
Tower 4 1-3 8001-8031

In 2019, we had unit 8554 in Tower 5 which was a 1 bedroom suite also?



Also, we have listed a "Loftsito", which I believe only exists in Tower 5. Is that right? Thanks again. John

I can't really confirm the unit type "LSS" because that isn't really a Vidanta term. That list is the correct locations for 1 BR Grand Luxxe Suites in Nuevo Vallarta, though you missed Tower 5B floors 1-8. "LSS" might be an II term and it might correspond to those.

I have frequently heard people use the term "Loftsito" for the Grand Luxxe Lofts that exist only in Nuevo Vallarta in Tower 5A on floors 1-8. I typically call them studio Lofts to distinguish them from the 1 BR Grand Luxxe Residence Lofts that are in the same building on the 9th floor. They are only in Nuevo Vallarta as well.
