Looking to get out of a timeshare at Grand Crowne Resort in Branson. The unit is worth 68,500 points (one bedroom), every other year. It is not locked into a specific week. Points can be transferred/exchanged with Interval International membership that is included with the ownership. We took the unit over from our grandparents a few years ago, and it no long suits our needs. There are no loans involved, just looking to offload it. Dues are current, and were about $450 last time we paid in 2022.

  1. Resort Name - Grand Cowne
  2. Resort Location - Branson Missouri
  3. Fixed Week / Floating Week / Number of Points (and specify what system) - Points - 68,500
  4. frequency (every year? every other year?) - Every other year - odd years
  5. unit size (ie bed/bath/view) - 1 bedroom "Red season"
  6. Annual Maintenance fees - Paid every other year, maintenance fee and base fee = $599
  7. Date the annual maintenance fees are due each year (or indicate if paid monthly) - Jan 1 every other year
  8. date the NEXT maintenance fee bill is due - Jan 1 2026
  9. Number of Points and the frequency (every year? every other year?) - 68,500 every other year
  10. Season if applicable (high demand etc) -
  11. Exchange Company Affiliation (if any)- Interval International
  12. Past trades you have made with this ownership - Marriot Grand Vista - Orlando, Marriot Harbor Lake - Orlando, Cliffs Club, Princeville, HI.

Listing is free with buyer paying transfer fees. Thanks.

Quoted: "Dues are current, and were about $450 last time we paid in 2022 and Annual Maintenance fees - Paid every other year, maintenance fee and base fee = $599". Not sure which one I should use. Is it jumping that much from 2022 to 2024?

If this is managed or owned by Capital Vacations, then that is not the highest increase I’ve seen. This is also EOY, so it was about 15-18% increase per yr. CV points went up more than that & our Stormy Point deed went up at least that amount the last 3yrs.

There was an increase in dues from the last time I paid. It is split between the "maintenance fee" and the "base fee". In my original post, I don't know if I had included both, but the $599 is current for the total of both fees.
