Ok so how do I know which week I am renting out? Someone mentioned home week but I don’t think I have one of those.

I'm assuming you own any week 1 thru 51.

The most desirable week is likely week 52 (which you don't own), so I think two other desirable weeks would be the July 4th week , and week 7 (which is northeast school vacation week).

Try and grab one of those two weeks (July 4th week or week 7). Both weeks are subject to availability and should be good candidates for rental (my opinion). Attempt to rent for a reasonable amount and DON'T TRY to get top dollar. As @dioxide45 correctly pointed out -- there are a lot of available rooms there as in Orlando. Price it properly and it hopefully it rents quickly for you.

Remember to reserve the week you want at the 12 month mark in order to obtain the specific week you want. I always try to obtain a Saturday check in as that is what a lot of renters prefer (at least when I rent my timeshares).

How do I find which weeks are “valuable” I see someone mention the F1 race.

Here is the Interval TDI chart. It is a rough approximation of demand for Las Vegas. As also noted, specific event weeks may be higher.
