GPX Seapointe Owners: Q re 1BR D unit; ? Annual MFs same for B, C or D; also are annual MFs 1/2 for EOY vs EY?

For GPX Seapointe owners:
1. Is the annual MF the same for all the 1 BR B vs C vs D? (or higher for B vs C vs D?)
2. How is the 1 BR D unit? (any floor plans/sketches/pictures)? (Realize smaller than B & C: 600 vs 700 & 800 sq ft respectively) (an old link in one of the threads does not work unfortunately)
Per the property, units 108, 120, 128, 131 & 132 (& similarly 2xx & 3xx except 130s which are only 2 story Bldg) are D units. Only 4 oceanview; others 9 'resort view'.
Good/bad/ugly? (Should get or not get?)
3. Is the MF effectively 1/2 for EOY vs EY contract (or significantly higher?
4. Is the MF for a 2 BR significantly higher or modestly higher than 1 BR?
