GPR and 1 in 4 rule

I have a request in with SFX for a Grand Pacific Resorts resort this July. I also want to exchange for two back-to-back reservations through RCI for different GPR resorts next March. Does anyone know if SFX came through, would that preclude my ability to get/keep the desired reservations with RCI? Is the 1 in 4 rule a GPR thing, or an RCI thing?

The 1 in 4 rule is an RCI rule requested by the resort. I don't believe that a SFX reservation would affect your RCI reservations. However there are a few resorts now that also have 1 in 3 restrictions from SFX but there are very few resorts that this applies to.

The 1 in 4 is only for RCI. You could have exchanges through 10 different exchange companies and RCI will never know about it.
