I got one on my Foxrun today that looks like the typical "deposit by X date get an AC" offer...doesn't have the Feb. restriction I don't think. It's on my week 31.
If it's the one they gave out a few weeks ago, yes it's worth using. I got a 2 bdr at Marriott Grande Vista in Nov. with it. It has a lot of restrictions but still shows some good stuff if you can travel by Feb.
It sounds like yours might be the same as what's discussed in this thread - An AC good till 2/16 appeared in my II account - and not the same as what FLDVCFamily is talking about in Post #3. If so these threads can be merged.

Yeah, Don't think this was for Fox Run. Given the Feb expiration, it sounds like the freebie AC that II gave out to a lot of members. ACs given for depositing a week are usually good for a year.
