Good timeshare in Arizona w/kids for Nov.

I am a Disney Vacation Club member and am trying to exchange for a 1-bedroom in Nov. for Phoenix (11/4-11/11)- either Marriott or Kierland Villas. DVC said there is nothing available (I've checked several times). The only ones they have are the OrangeTree & Westgate Painted Mtn. Resort in Mesa. Our kids are 10& 14 - wanted something with nice pools & they have 2 days off that week & don't like taking them out of school.

Any recommendations on the above.
 
Kierland is on line right now with checkin 11/3 or 11/5. 1 br. If you need the 4th specifically, just arrive late for your 11/3 res (notifying the resort in advance) and make it a 6 day trip.
 
Someone said it was online yesterday, I think it's a small kitchen one, but Disney is telling me that there's nothing available - I called them 2 times. I would take either 11/3 or 11/5 too!
 
I would call II again. It must be a glitch. Ask for a supervisor.
 
We have stayed at most resorts in Phoenix and Scottsdale and really like the Villa Mirage and stay there a couple times a year. You should not have any trouble booking there. November is really off season. We go every May and October and may also go December this year.We do not like the Orangetree units at all.
Have not seen a 2 bedroom Kierland Unit but availability has bben good using our Hawaiii 1 br unit to look.
