good deal? II account question

Just bought a SBP 2br eoy gold season on ebay for $1, seller paying closing costs. I will primarily use it for the starwood preference in II. Seemed like a pretty good deal.....Tuggers agree? Assuming I do not requal this will it go in my starwood account with II? I have another II account for my week at Tahoe beach and ski....would it go in that account? Or am I gonna have to pay more and get another account?

Personally, I would have paid a little more and bought a Plat unit. However, since you're spending so little, it's probably worth the gamble to see how it trades. If it doesn't work, you should be able to resell it for what you paid.

It won't go into your Starwood II account, but you should be able to add it to your other II account. You'll have to pay a fee to add it, or you can wait until it's time to renew your II account, and add it for free at that time.

I was just looking on the developer sales pricing list, and could not believe that those biannual gold weeks at SBP are selling for almost $10,000......makes me feel pretty great about that $1, if it turns into a trade into a 2br at wkorv or wkorvn I will be pretty happy, I can travel off season, so I am pretty hopeful.

How can you argue with a $1 purchase? Great, Fantastic, Incredible deal!

Use it for the 3-day Starwood preference II exchanges and, well, the purchase will pay for itself during the first minute at the resort...
