Maintenance fees are $975 annually. Yes I would pay transfer costs.

thank you for your offer to TUG members. Yes, I read your description, and would appreciate further details: .
Is there an expiring RTU?
Is there an assigned condo # to your Deed, or is it a floating unit.
Does the resort have privileges to water access?
Are there any other HOA fees? Or management fees?
Just trying to figure out budgeting for this Cape Cod getaway.

Our family is interested. Will send TUG msg to you with our info.

We have stayed at the resort, many times. It’s very nice, like a separate house.

Thank you Terry. We look forward to experiencing Cape Cod :)
