I have someone that I would like to give my Marriott T/S in Spain to... Marriott has said all I have to do is sign it over to them... No lawyer/closing... Does that sound right??? Marriott sent me some forms to sign...

They oughtta know. Perhaps there is an additional charge to register the deed (if any) or for the transfer of names. What do those forms ask for besides signatures?

If you own at a resort located outside of the United States and U.S. territory, you will typically receive a Certificate of Ownership, which outlines the specifics of your Right-to-Use ownership. It will include details regarding your owned unit type and season.

This resort is RTU. No Deed, just CofO.

It may be that simple.

Yes, it is that simple. We did that with a Marriott Marbella week, and it was very easy to do the transfer.
