Getting Frustrated with II!

My membership has 1 year left on it as of 2/1. My understanding is that I need to extend it in order to place a request for April 2013. No problem yet.

I get a call from Ashok with a deal. 3 years for $202 or 5 years for $311. Much better than the online price so I call him back. Nobody there so I leave a message.

It was a week of no call back today so I call in again. The regular membership desk cannot give me the deal so they transfer me to the telemarketing department. Once again, I get a recording asking to leave a message.

What the heck?!?! Don't they want my money?!?! :wall:
 
OK, in the interest of fairness, I got a call back from Ashok last night (when I was in the car) and he called me back today.

I was able to renew my membership for 5 additional years for $311. Not too bad! :D

maybe he or a supervisor from II seen your post here and he got a feiendly reminder, since his name is mentioned in your post:D congrats on your renewal. ;)

Well then I hope that supervisor reads all the other threads in this forum that refer to problems members are having with the II website. Better yet maybe that supervisor should register for this forum to answer some of the questions posted regarding II !

Do you have Ashoks direct number? That deal seems better than what I get offered when I call
