Does anyone know if getaways become available in Scottsdale for late Sept. or early Oct? Right now there is nothing available but would like to go this fall and don't know if I should expect this to open up. Any history on this?

getaway in AZ for October

There are plenty of units at Marriott's Canyon Villas sitting in Instant Exchange. I can't speak to when they may make getaways available though. If you have a studio unit on deposit or otherwise available, it might be able to pull a 2BR that is sitting out there.
We have traveled to the Phoenix area many times in the spring and fall to visit family. We have never had a problem getting an exchange or using an AC in those shoulder seasons. For the last two years we have traveled there in mid October. I don't recall if we ever did a Getaway but suspect more will appear as we get closer to those two months.
