We would like to get out of our Diamond contract. Is anyone familiar with Austin Aaronson Law Firm, Florida? Legit? Successful? Etc.

There is no magic bullet, or miracle words that can erase a legally binding contract. Do not pay anyone who promises to get you out of your timeshare obligation. Either it's a fraud, or they will attempt to title it to a fictitious llc only to bankrupt it leaving other owners the lime and expense of foreclosure and maintenance until the interval can be re- sold.

Instead, give it away to a new owner using TUGs Bargain Deals sub forum in the Buying, Selling, Renting forum.

Good luck!

No magic attorney beans, no legal pixie dust...

DRI was recently accepting deedbacks (with an accompanying $250 fee, if I recall correctly). I don't know if that's still in effect, but it's worth pursuing further before you pay any law firm (which ultimately can do absolutely nothing to somehow magically get you out of a legally binding contract, btw).

P.S. There is a DRI specific forum here on TUG. You might want to post an inquiry there about DRI's "deedback" program. Can't hurt, might help.

P.P.S. I see that TUG Brian posted the very same reply while I was typing mine.

Why pay a 3rd party to do what you can do directly with Diamond for $250?
