For many, her learing advice is overkill but the shortcuts are great.

I knew all but the last two of the Mac ones.

#9, backspace, won't work on Mac keyboards that don't have a backspace key. Instead, command/delete to go back and command/shift/delete to go forward.

Her advice to hit the keys simultaneously isn't the greatest; instead, press and hold in the command, shift, or whatever, then hit the other key. Trying to hit two or three keys at once is a (sorry) hit or miss situation. (No, I'm really not sorry hee hee!)
