Gas cooktop questions

Yeah, maybe when we win the lottery we can completely re-do the kitchen with Wolf appliances. :D
We just didn't have the moola when we built our place, or I would have had double ovens, granite surfaces, and a huge cooktop. Since we built, we've both really gotten into cooking, so I wish the kitchen & kitchen pantry were about 1/4 of our overall square footage.
