Wasnt sure where to post this but here goes. We are going to Bluegreen's Casa Del Mar in Ormond Beach next month and today I went to the Bluegreen website & the Casa Del Mar page (no problems so far). After looking through the various floorplans I clicked on the 'Resort Map' & there the frustration started!
As the page is loading I see a black & white layout of the resort showing room numbers & locations but when the page finishes loading it quickly changes to a yellow block outline of the building with numbers & a key showing what the various numbers represent. I want to see that black & white page!!:wall: If you increase or decrease the magnification at the top of the page you will also see the black & white image for a second before the plain yellow one takes over on the new size.

What do I do to see that black & white image/layout before I pull out all my hair? I'd like to call the resort soon to see which 2 bedroom unit they've assigned us or request a certain type if possible.

Thanks,
~Diane

Have you tried the Bluegreen Group on Yahoo? I suspect that there may be much more Bluegreen expertise there (regularly) then there is here.

Odd

When i click on Resort Map, it goes straight to the yellow drawing of the building.

I toured Casa in February and the front desk clerk handed me a room number map like you're describing. I recycled it, but I bet if you call the front desk, they'll fax it to you.

The newly remodeled units we saw were very nice, as was the pool and deck area. I'd like to stay there.

I would not want to be in a street side room, though.
