I've been trying to get 2007 week banked for over 2 weeks now. Maintance fees are paid. Once my check cleared I called my resort, they said okay, but we have to send this to the resort who takes care of this which will take about 5 days, I said okay. About 5 days I called the other resort, they said I need to contact my home resort. I told them they said you take care of the banking. So I was transfered to an ext. and let a message. This back and forth conversation went on for about 3 days. Tuesday of this week my home resort left a message on my answering machine saying the week is deposited. Pulled up RCI on line, "You have no weeks avaiable for exchange". So I called RCI they said it shows they didn't deposit it! So the next day I called my home resort, left message. The day after I called my resort, left message. Finally my resort called me last night. They said it's banked. The information on banking was for 2006! I told her I've had that banked since June of 2005! I told her this is wasting valuable time for me to get a resort I want! I told her I banked to late last year (June), and I'm not getting the exchanges I want! She apologized and that someone would call me today. I own at the Royal Floridian Ormond Beach Fl., a resort in Hilton Head S.C. takes care of the M.F., etc. These are owned by Spinnaker. Has this ever happened to any of you?
