Is Havana Blue part of the Marriott? If so can you use the dinner certficate that includes 3 course dinner for two?

Yes, Havana Blue is the restaurant at Marriott Frenchman's Cove. Not sure about using the gift certificate.

Unfortunately, you can not use the certificates for Havana Blu. Very nice, unique restaurant. Good food...expensive too.

Havana Blue is not owned or operated by Marriott. Last February they did sign a contract to run the bar at the Morningstar resort. Marriott was doing a poor job with that so I expect an improvement next year. As the previous post said they do not, as of last February anyway, accept Marriott Gift Cards or Dinner certs.

Havana Blue is next to Morningstar, not the Reef or the Cove. It is a private restaurant that is connected to the internal Marriott room charge system. I do not know about dinner certificates.
