Anyone interested in a FREE Wyndham Star Island timeshare?
189,000 bi-annual (even years, so by the time the transfer and closing are done, it would be like getting 189K points for free for 2026) Maintenance last year was 68.75/month Looking today at the 2025 assessment letter, it lists this contract as:
Maintenance: 621.48
Reserve Fund: 56.04
Property Taxes: 47.52
Total = 725.04 / 12 = $60.42
So not sure if it went down (hard to believe). Or maybe this is the total minus the program fee?
I just tried to call to get an estoppel, but they are closed.
Buyer to pay transfer and closing (since the maintenance feels will continue to be paid until the transfer is complete - see note above).
Please reach out if interested.
Thanks
