Holiday Inn Club Vacation - Williamsburg, VA
We want to get rid of our timeshare we have, Woodstone at Massanutten, located in McGaheysville, VA, in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley and is associated with the Massanutten Resort, a four seasons resort, which includes an indoor/outdoor WaterPark, 18-hole golf course, and of course, ski and adventure park area. My husband purchased it years ago but we have never used it. Our week is the first week in February. Maintenance fees are $250/year. Maintenance fees for $2018 are covered. Willing to cover fees for 2019. Property is owned outright so there is no mortgage, just the maintenance fees.
