Free Westin Los Cabos Time Share

Greetings,

I am looking to give away our Timeshare at the Westin. We have a floating week for a one bedroom suite. This is an annverseriy membership type. The unit has been paid for in full as well as 2011 Maintenance fees (2012 maintenance fees due October 2011).

Membership includes:
1) Membership in RainTree Vacation Club with 50,000 points that can be used in any RVC property according to the following usage calendar http://cid-0014f2d4d32f6d96.office.live.com/self.aspx/Public/RVC calendar.pdf
2) RCI membership
3) Rights to use the unit until 2046


Additional details:
1) Seller will take care of resort transfer fees.
2) Buyer is responsible for closing company fees (either JRA Services or Timeshare Transfer are fine with me)
3) Annual maintenance fees are 820$

Anniversary membership is the term used in my contract with the resort, it basically means the unit can be used every year.

I will take care of the resort transfer fee but I request that the buyer takes care of the closing company fees (around 300$).

Maintenance fees are 820$.

No - this timeshare is not in the SVN, and most resales can't be traded in the SVN, anyway. It's part of the Raintree Vacation Club (see the posts above.)

If you want something for II/starwood preference period, this resort is NOT a part of starwood, so II preference would not work.
