I would like to add that Orange Lake also refers to Unit 2021 as simply Unit 21 on the deed. However, it is listed as Unit 2021 on the Orange Lake map I provided a link to in the first post.

I contacted Joyce in the Orange Lake Deeding Department (extension 5170) today and she confirmed that Unit 2021 and Unit 21 refer to the same 2 bedroom Unit. If you have concerns, please contact her at Orange Lake: 1.800.298.3706 (inside US) or 1.407.239.000 (outside US).
