Peppertree at Tamarack at Wisconsin Dells (the water park capital of the world).
We will pay all transfer fees and closing costs, AND A $200 GIFT CARD UPON COMPLETION OF TRANSFER AND PROOF OF FILING OF NEW DEED.
Unit - 2 bedroom, 2 bath (dedicated 2 bedroom) - sleeps 6
Fixed Week 37 (approx 2nd week of September) - "red season".
In 2018 week 37 falls during Wo-Zha-Wa Days weekend (an arts and crafts/Maxwell Street type celebration) complete with parade in downtown Wisconsin Dells.
Maintenance fees - $783.33 which has already been paid for 2018 (stayed stable around this amount for several years).
Unit features full kitchen, whirlpool tub in master bath, separate entrance into unit, and private patio with grill.
Peppertree features an outdoor pool, and activity center with indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, racquetball court, arcade and fitness room.
Wisconsin Dells area has approx 20 water parks, including indoor parks during the cooler seasons. Come ride the "ducks" (land/water vehicles used for scenic tours) and see all of the natural beauty that makes up Wisconsin Dells.
