Free Week 26 South Seas Captiva Timeshare

My 93-year-old mother can no longer travel to enjoy her timeshare week (26) on Captiva Island, Florida. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit with screened lanai on a golf course and view of the ocean, sits in the middle of the South Seas Island Resort (South Seas Club). Week 26 offers Fourth of July festivities that include fireworks, parties, and a decorated golf cart parade.The unit was completely paid-off years ago and all maintenance fees are paid and up-to-date. Owner agrees to pay title fees and at least half of closing costs; if not all. I have a durable power of attorney and will travel to ease transaction, if necessary.
 
I am assuming this is NOT already deposited into Hilton Grand Vacation Club (HGVC). However I assume that it can be deposited into Hilton if it is registered, for a fee.

What is the current annual MF on this unit?
