Free Villas at Tree Tops 55,500 annual RCI points plus 163,000 free RCI points up front

This is an annual RCI Points ownership with 55,500 RCI points awarded each year. The maintenance fees are $822. We are offering to transfer our current RCI membership/points (we currently have 163,000 RCI points available with 55,500 expiring 7/1/19 and the balance expiring the following year). Note: This is not deeded. It is a 50 year "right to use" with the last use year of 2059. We will pay all closing/transfer fees.

Hello. I am so sorry for nor responding sooner. I just saw this message. I did not receive any notification you had sent it. I just paid the 2019 maintenance fees, so they are not due again until January 2020. Are you still interested?

Great! If you would like to proceed with the transfer, let me know. Once the transfer is complete, I will then either transfer my RCI membership to you or transfer the points to you if you already have an RCI membership.

We had someone who was interested but did not follow through. So our timeshare is still available. It is a great deal. As stated in the ad, we are offering 163,000 RCI points up front as a bonus. That is over 3 years worth of RCI points at 55,500 points per year! We can no longer make use of our Timeshare, which is why we are giving it away.

Yes. As long as you are a platinum RCI member, they can be extended for another year for a fee of $135.

They might be extendable even if you are not a platinum member. I am a platinum member and it would allow me to do so. Not sure how it works otherwise.
