I am giving our 1 bedroom Vail Run (Vail, Colorado) unit 210, 2nd week of January away for free. The unit sleeps 5. The quarterly maintenance fees are $234.76

Purchaser will pay all closing costs.

This may be a record, but I have owned this timeshare since 1977. Unfortunately, I do not have a floor plan, but I have requested one from the Vail Run Administration. Basically, you enter into the living room area. The living room has a fold out couch that sleeps two. The kitchen is on the right and it has a counter that separates the kitchen from the living room. There is a door to enter the bedroom and the bedroom has a single twin and a queen bed.
