This is a 2bdr/2b lockoff (deeded unit 2616, wk19 EOY Even) Fixed week. The 2016 MF is approx. $825 incl taxes and payable EOY on even years.

The buyer will be responsible for the 2016 MF (due in Jan) I will pay the $250 Vacation Village Transfer fee, and the LT fees.

No exchange fees if you trade to another VV internally before banked into RCI.

Vacation Villages also deposit bonus weeks pretty much every year.

Added two 2015 RCI deposited weeks with 28 trade value.
 
Bump to the top. Still available. BTW, the extra weeks can be extended for an RCI fee.
 
Is this a pet friendly resort?
 
Some VV affiliates have some pet friendly units. If you know you are bringing a pet you may want to call as soon as you are certain to reserve a pet friendly unit. I think you would need to pre-pay your MF at the time you are reserving (or depositing). Most VV affiliates are very large. So if you aren't scheduled during a peak time you wouldn't have to worry so much about pre-reserving.

I know VV at Parkway and Williamsburg Plantation have pet friendly units. I don't think grandview does. I don't know about the other Florida resorts or Berkshire.

I called today and VV at Bonnaventure which is next to and usable for Weston owners i.e. same complexes has pet friendly units in Flamingo1 and Eggret buildings. We have used all three VV's there. Weston, Bonnaventure, and Mizner Place as owners. Fantastic Golfing!
 
That's interesting about the pre deposit internal exchange to the other VV in the area. Are you limited to week 19 or can you do a pre RCI deposit internal exchange to other weeks?

Once deposited in RCI the exchange fee to other VV affiliates is $139 any week as long as you have enough tpu's.

My post is in error, sorry. You are correct, exchanges must be made through RCI. You can exchange to any VV resort that has the week you want available.

Will also pay $400.00 towards 2016 MF.
 
Would you be interested in a permanent exchange instead of buying or renting? I have a week Every odd year at Summer Bay in Clermont, it is a large one bedroom that sleeps 5. If you would like to try a one time exchange let me know. We love the weston area and live in Orlando area so we want to go someplace different. Let me know.
