Giving away Free Timeshare, Annual Fixed Week 51 at Vacation Village at Parkway in Orlando

This 2 BDR 2 bath Lockout unit can be deposited in RCI-Weeks program as 2 separate 1 bedroom units ( 1BDR full kitchen + 1 BDR partial kitchen) and provides a great TPU/MF ratio. For example, if deposited into RCI, each 1 BDR unit gives an estimated 36 TPU for 2026 (total would be 36x2=72 TPU but in separate deposits)

Week 51 covers Christmas Day the majority of time (some years it doesn't)

Last year's Maintenance Fee was approximately $1250
2026 Maintenance Fee hasn't been paid yet, invoice expected January 2026, don't know the payment date yet

Closing cost and transfer cost paid by Seller
