After 18 years of memorable family vacations, we have finally outgrown our timeshare. We're looking for a growing family to transfer it to, so they can create their own joyous memories as well.

Is week 51 available to book right now if I were to take this over? Looking for a new christmas vacation for 2021.

I can't check the availability of week 51 in the web portal until the 2021 maintenance fee is paid. But I'll call them tomorrow and ask. Typically, reserving the timeshare during the weeks of Christmas, New Years, and the 4th of July requires doing so 2 years in advance. However, this has been an atypical year, so I'll check with the resort tomorrow.
