Free Timeshare in Las Vegas, NV (Off-strip on Tropicana Avenue) - SELLER WILL PAY CLOSING COSTS

Club de Soleil, Las Vegas
To give way: one-week every year at Club de Soleil (https://www.soleilmanagement.com/property_club_de_soleil.aspx). Lovely resort just minutes from The Strip and Allegiant Stadium, home of the NFL Las Vegas Raiders. Resort provides free shuttle service to/from Tropicana and Mirage all day. Plenty of free on-site parking. Sleeps four and comes with a kitchen. Resort amenities include hot tub, laundry facilities, 24-hour fitness center, BBQs, and more . Nice on-site pool as well as recreational activities. Option to stay at sister resort across the street. Friendly staff. Why are we selling? We're not traveling much anymore and are unable to continue using our ownership. Mortgage is fully paid off. Seller will pay maintenance fees for 2023. Eligible for RCI Points exchange membership. Ownership transfer will be conducted through an escrow company.

There's one master bedroom and a pull-out sofa-bed in the living room. This ownership is for one week each year, any week, depending on demand. Holidays may be more impacted, though we went there for New Year's Eve and the following week, and had no trouble reserving. And we had a blast. I just received the maintenance fee invoice, and it's $900 for the year.
