Usage: First usage for new owner is 2023 - already paid so you stay free!

Renovated: New appliances in 2019

Title Transfer: I will pay all transfer fees

Section: The Villas (located above the golf course and just a short path walk to the golf clubhouse and on-site restaurant from unit)

RCI/II: Stonebridge Village COA is an RCI Silver Crown property and is also affiliated with II. However, my parents - who I am listing this for, were not RCI members as they were not interested in trading, so I can't speak to point value or TPU's. I was told by the resort that they do RCI points and RCI weeks but please confirm for yourself as my knowledge of how all this works is very limited at best.

Perks: Discounted fees, "owner's rate", at LedgeStone Championship Golf Course during the week of your stay. And all dining at on-site LedgeStone Grille, located in the clubhouse, receives 20% discount throughout your stay.

Also transfer fees mentioned above will go through LT Transfers

This one would not let us in to see the resort. It truly is a locked gate with a security person. I was interested in trading into this one. I might still do that at some point. But we own Wyndham and Meadows is a nice place to be.
