We are past 80 and would like to give this year’s reservation to whoever will assume the ownership.

Truly the end of an era for all of us Foxrun owners. The fees are still under $1,000, but only by a few bucks.

Those do trade into Disney, even my week 52 has been seeing all of the weeks in Sightings.

When you find a taker, and I am sure you will find someone to take the week, I have a deed in Word that is very easy to fill in the blanks, and Rutherford County charges just $26 to record the deed.

Interested but need more details.
Size lock-off etc.

Foxrun is not lockoff. The units are huge and townhouses, not condos. Two bed, two bath, great HOA board. Now managed by Capital Vacations. You can view the property with a Google search and on II. On a Lake, Lake Lure, where Dirty Dancing outdoor scenes were filmed. Beautiful grounds, wide open spaces.

The fees are just under $1,000 for 2025. Outstanding trader, especially the summer weeks.

What unit # for your week 25?

A very nice offer.
Great trader, great place to visit.

I am interested, but just started researching timeshares in the last month, and just registered for this account the other day, so I don’t think I can PM yet.

Can you confirm the maintenance fees, and if this is annual or otherwise?

Thanks!

Did you rent this timeshare and if so, what’s the going rate for a week 25 unit compared to the MFs?

With this being a week 25 unit, what are the chances of closing happening quickly enough for the buyer to be able to use this year’s week? Specifically, if they wanted to be able to exchange it?

Yes, annual. Fees were $800

The fees for my 2 bedroom were $995 for 2025. I am pretty sure the fees are all the same.

It takes time for Rutherford County to file the deed and get it back via USPS, then you have to send the deed to Capital Vacations for transfer. Who knows how long that will take.

No chance.
And it is a fixed week fixed unit so can't be changed.
Just being real.

Thanks for the responses. As I mentioned up thread, I am totally new to all this, so I need all the real talk I can get!

Take it and pay the fees for 2026 and get a great deposit. I have gone back and forth on keeping our week 52. I offered it free but no one took it. I would take this week 25, if you are just getting into the timeshare game.

We bought summer weeks like this one years ago for $2,000 each to use in II for trades into DVC resorts. We couldn't believe we could get 2 bedrooms at Disney with those weeks. Disney is now back in II. This is why I am on teh fence with keeping our week 52 because even week 52 works for DVC. A week 25 is going to be a much more powerful trader. I remember those days well.

This is a great offer.

Re fees -I’m sure you are right. My husband pays them and isn’t here right now.
Can I have a guest stay there ? I’ve never tried that.
If someone wants it and we file the paperwork that person should be able to use it. Maybe as my grandchildren? Seems a shame to leave it empty.

Yes, you can have a guest stay in your week.

Did I reply? I’m pretty sure 995 is right because everything is going up- but can’t ask my husband until this evening.

So for who ever wants it we could arrange for that party to be there as a guest.
