Units are 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and are single storey. All units have been renovated in the last couple years.
Maintenance fee is $555 per week
Weeks are floatable and can be booked up to 2 years in advance if maintenance fees are paid.
2020 dates are currently available to be booked for your preference if done by the end of January. The weeks can be booked together or for separate times
We can pay the transfer fees.

The fees for 2020 have been paid - all you need to do is transfer it into your name and it's yours!

I've booked Oct 31-Nov 14 for this year - however it may be possible to move them. This place is generally pretty flexible with dates. Do you have dates that you are looking for?
