My husband and I are giving away our deeded annual fixed-week timeshare.

4BR unit – this is 2 – 2BR lockouts (1 upper & 1 lower unit)
You can use one and bank or rent the other, bank both, or use the full 4BR unit and invite friends/family to join you.

We have a fixed week, but a floating unit with Saturday check-in.

The earlier we transfer the unit, the earlier you can start planning your vacation!
2023 Maintenance Fees are paid.
If you are unable to travel the week of March 18, 2023, deposit your week with RCI soon to maximize trading power.

I'm pleased to report this unit is pending transfer. While it didn't sell on TUG (sold on eBay), I am thankful for the wealth of knowledge learned on TUG about the transfer process, including the recommendation to use LT Transfers.
