Maintenance fees are $734 per year. Right on the ground level with balcony at street level - oceanfront.
 
Is the name of the resort "Beach Club"?

Are you paying the transfer fees?

Who pays the 2012 MF?
 
Does it sleep 2 or 4? What is the total fee with transfer, closing, etc?

This is a highly desirable location.

EDIT: I looked it up. It sleeps 2.
