Hello there, I am looking to give away my Sheraton Hacienda Del Mar timeshare. I currently own a one bedroom master suite every other year(odd), floating (no Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years week) that will sleep 6 with two queens in the bedroom and a pull out couch. Maintenance fees for this year are paid and will not be billed until the end of 2014 for the 2015 use year. The maintenance fee is $920 and only billed every other year. Check out the resort, http://www.haciendadelmar.com.mx It is absolutely gorgeous but I have a second timeshare in Cabo and mainly use that one, so this one gets deposited into RCI every use year. I will pay the transfer fee of $500 charged by the resort. Feel free to email me with any questions. tigerztoy69@Yahoo.com

Here are a few pictures of the resort:

A gentle suggestion: It will be very difficult to find a new owner, unless you pay the transfer fee.

Also - why is the transfer fee $500?

That is what the resort charges to do the transfer. I am willing to pick up that fee.
