Free Sedona Timeshare 1 Bedroom Paid Off Low Annual Fees

I'm finally ready to part with my Sedona Timeshare which is an annual week. Villas at Poco Diablo. No mortgage, giving it away for free. Red Week exchanges easily, now managed by Capitol Resorts. Been a happy timeshare owner for 37 years, time to move on. I'll pay the first year maintenance fee plus closing costs. Looking to connect with interested parties.

This is a floating week.. can be used annually and any week year round..Managed by Capitol Resorts but can be exchanged with their system, Interval Inteational, or RCI. This is a deeded property, one week, no points. I've both used it in Sedona at the home resort and done exchanges in Palm Desert, Bali, Mexico, and likely more since I've been a happy timeshare owner for decades. Annual maintenance fees are in the low $800s . The bill comes in November each year and is due by January 1.

What a bargain! I haven't stayed at this resort but it's one of the original 5 resorts. I believe their original focus was tennis, and maybe they have a golf course. I'm sure any prospects could research and verify this.
