This studio apartment in Salt Lake City overlooks Temple Square, downtown, yet is a short drive to the beautiful mountains and Park City. Walk to the Family History Library--largest in the USA. It is similar to an in-town hotel with suites of various sizes. Rooms have recently been refurbished and upgraded. Annual week may be reserved in increments as short as 1 night; owners' rental rates for other units are fantastic. Your ownership benefits include WiFi, parking, a fitness center and spa, A/C, and on-site laundry. The unit houses a Queen Murphy Bed, kitchenette refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, en suite bath and shower, comfortable sitting area. Seller will pay closing costs.

What are the maintenance fees? And what weeks are you allowed to book?

The owner rental option is intriguing. What does availability typically look like? At what kind of rates?
