FREE Riviera Oaks Resort & Racquet Club in San Diego

One deeded 2-bedroom week during Premier/High season every other year (even year use)
at the Riviera Oaks Resort & Racquet Club in San Diego County.

A Diamond Resorts International destination resort:

Paid in full – no mortgage or special assessment fees.

2013 maintenance fees have been paid ($456)

Closing to be done through Legal Timeshare Transfer for $125. Resort transfer fee is $250.

Buyer to pay closing, transfer fee, and 2014 maintenance fees after transfer.

This week has been in the family a long time. Personal circumstances prevent me from being able to use it now.

We own an every other year 1 BR at Riviera Oaks. We are currently sitting in a unit at Marriott Kauai Beach Club that we exchanged into using our Riviera Oaks week.

Is the $456 one-half of the annual fee for the year owned?

Yes, you could say that. I pay fees every year. My 2013 fees were $456. 2014 fees will be similar and due in March. This is a deeded 2-bedroom week during Premier/High season every other year (even year use). So a week is available in 2014.

This week has premier trading power with Interval International. I have often exchanged it for prime 2-bedroom locations in Hawaii.

Day use of the pools, tennis courts, and fitness center is allowed for local owners with this deeded 2-bedroom premier week.

Riviera Oaks Resort is less than an hour’s scenic drive from San Diego attractions. And it is a perfect retreat for snowbirds in the winter.

One deeded 2-bedroom biennial even year floating week during winter High season (October through May, excluding holidays). First available use October 2014 through May 2015.

We own a deeded week here. It’s in a nice rural setting, about 20 minutes from the freeway (I-15). And if you are looking for city attractions, they are not far away. Lots of families visit in the summer time. The rest of the year caters to active adults seeking refuge from colder climates and folks wanting to visit Southern California. The San Diego area is in high demand, so it also has excellent trading power.
