Hi All -
I haven't used my RCI travel in the ten years since my first child was born, and figure it's just not going to happen. So, it's time to part with three units that have otherwise been pretty good to me.
The first up is Rayburn Country Timeshare.
I think the unit is 1BR, sleeps four, anytime you can schedule it under the points, but I don't know, because I've never actually used it. I bought it as a relatively inexpensive points unit, and that's how it's worked.
-Maintenance fee is $414 - they just increased for the first time in years, as they are renovating.
Further details:
1. I just paid the fee for 2016 and will include that
2. I will give you my current points (about 60K). I will also give you next year's points (19,300, the annual allocation) assuming the points come to me and not you. Of course, if you do this fast, you may be able to get in this year, but I don't know for sure.
3. I will pay the resort's transfer fee and the escrow fee
