The resort is low-rise and wonderful. The downside for some people is that it is not right on the beach so I'll tell you that right up front. The beach is 1 mile. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you there if you don't wish to rent a car or walk and there is a public bus that stops at the resort. The resort is Caribbean Palm Village and, if you are not familiar with Aruba, you can find it on the map near Palm Beach in Noord.

We really just have too many weeks! We have tried to sell and are finally ready to actually give away several of our many weeks. We won't sell them all because we love it there but we would really like to lighten our maintenance load.

The contract transfer fee is $150. per week to be paid to the resort.
Maintenance 1BR = $624

All Maintenance fully paid through 2012 and Special Assessment recently imposed is paid off. The failing economy played a huge part in the need for a Special Assessment and it was a large one to avoid the need for one in the future.

We recently transferred ownership to one other owner and the process is very simple...handled by a one-page transfer form, notarized signatures, and US mail to Florida. I'll give you more details if you are interested in one (or more) of our weeks.

We have 5 weeks you could choose from:

Week 26
Week 27 & 28 (both are in one contract)
Week 29
Week 49

Therefore, if you were inclined, you could have the entire month of July (more or less, depending on how the weeks fall) in the same apartment.

All weeks are in the same unit A305 (because we love it!) and may be traded without additional cost to any other low season week (mid-April to mid-December). Trades are made simply by emailing the front office manager. She sends you a confirmation immediately, if it is available.
