I'm interested in this property.

what does that equate to? A one bedroom? Not sure how points work
with what little i know, i believe it's for a studio plus. the plus only means higher floors, no additional amenities. And, it looks like 3500 points every other year only.

With Platinum 3500 points you are entitled to a full week in a Studio Plus during the Platinum home week period which are weeks 7-22, 35-45, 51, and 52 as 3500 points is the exact cost. However, if you wish to travel during the gold season (weeks 1-6, 23-34, 46-50) then you can open up many more options. For example, you could get a full week in a 1 BDM for 3400 points. Another option is to spend 5 days (Monday through Friday) in a 2 BDM for 3480 points. Yet another option is to do multiple stays only on Monday through Thursday (since Friday thru Sunday cost more points) and stretch your total days in a studio to 21 days.

Making a home reservation has no fee. If you make reservations outside your home season (there is a 3 day minimum) then keep in mind the fee is $55 for each reservation.

Hi Angela! I am interested if the other interested parties fall through. Thanks!

It is available however the usage will now be 2019 unless you would like 2017 and you can refund the current sellers MF's that was paid for 2017.

Can the points be used for other Hilton resorts?

Can you confirm that there is no additional Club activation fee?

Are you already a Club owner?
Yes. But there is usually an inventory activation fee from my look at fee schedule (at least with my bay club purchases)

Jason I apologize. You are correct. You will still have to pay the 535 (which I've been told is now 560) activation fee.

That $560 HGVC imposed fee becomes a real problem in "reselling" or giving away low point weeks because it's the same fee for 7000, 9000, or 10,000 point weeks. This EOY week is effectively 1750 points per year and with all the fees (excluding MFs) this "free" week will cost the buyer $1159 ($399+$200+$560) just in fees for 1750 annual points, HGVC did a HUGE disservice to existing owners (especially low point week owners) by imposing this new fee.

Which is one reason I am not jumping on this.
