Are there view categories at this resort? How does the resort determine who gets an ocean view unit?

Is there any way to use a different week, or is week 38 the only option?

Does the resort have elevators?

Have you ever exchanged the week? If yes, what were you able to exchange for? What exchange company is the resort affiliated with?

It is a deeded week 38, ocean view condo! I have never used it as an exchange property but Capital Vacations is the management company - even though there is an owners’ Board of Directors - so exchanges are an option
