Unit trades great in interval international and the first usage year is 2016. The resort require a $750 prepayment of maiteince fees, which would be the responsibility of the new owner, but basically you are just paying the 2016 fees in advance to the resort as they are $681 and the remaining balance would be applied towards your 2018 usage when that bill comes up. New owner also to pay closing costs and transfer fees using closing agency of your choice! Reason for giving away this week is a second round of unexpected medical bills in our household has caused a need to reduce our weeks we use to trade, ect. Any questions let me know!

$681 is the total per use, paid in the even year with no fees in the non use year. I locked off and traded to get two trades, but choice is yours of course as 3 bedroom would have even higher trading power.
